Job summary

Schylling is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for 3rd shift at our Lakewood, WA facility. You will lead the distribution center, champion safety, and drive KPIs, inventory control, and budget performance in a fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment.

You will coordinate with remote HQ, implement lean processes, and mentor staff to foster reliability and continuous improvement, ensuring on-time order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years as Warehouse/Distribution Center leader in retail distribution or e-commerce.
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of distribution, transportation, and inventory management.
• Proficient with supply chain software (WMS, ERP).
• Ability to work the third shift Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety culture and compliance with OSHA and regulations.
• Develop metrics and monitor KPIs for real-time operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory levels to fulfill orders.
• Manage site budget and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for continuous improvement.
• Provide equipment, tools, and training for safe operations.
