Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export/import shipments and carrier tendering.
• Track and trace shipments and update SAP system.
• Prepare client invoices and verify rates with carriers.
• Ensure timely pre-notifications and documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment files and e-docs.
• Support billing and escalation of issues to management.
