Job summary

Hubbell is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator on the 2nd shift to manage export logistics, shipping execution, and compliance documentation for in/out-bound activities. You will expedit e deliveries, monitor schedules, and assist truck drivers at the RDC.

Key duties include coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, generating reports in Excel, SAP/Blue Yonder monitoring, and maintaining accurate shipping records.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of distribution experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving.
• Basic MS Office knowledge, with emphasis on Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Blue Yonder is desired.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and act as liaison between the Distribution Center and Customer Service.
• Generate month-end reports and shipping documentation.
• Create and update reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Monitor expedite emails and ensure timely shipments in coordination with leadership.
• Schedule shipments and manage vendor portals (Lowe’s Link, 4PL, Amazon, Grainger, etc.).
• Attend to incoming truck drivers and coordinate shipments while maintaining a positive customer service attitude.
• Monitor SAP/BlueYonder shipping reports to ensure daily postings.
