Tyson Foods is seeking a Live Haul Supervisor to coordinate scheduling, catching, loading, and transport of live broilers to the processing plant while monitoring DOAs. You will lead drivers and catch crews, ensure safety, compliance, and collaboration with plant personnel.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, on-time execution, and optimization of live haul operations. Experience in poultry transportation, CDL is preferred, with a willingness to handle heavy lifting and shift work on the 2nd

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of live haul, poultry operations, transportation, logistics, or related industry experience required.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency: email, spreadsheets, data entry and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate scheduling, catching, loading, and transportation of live broilers to the processing plant.
• Monitor DOAs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead drivers and catch crews to ensure on-time arrival and safety.
• Review driver hours, ELD logs, and transportation compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with catch contractors, Live Haul Manager, and driver supervisors to maintain operations.
• Supervise cage maintenance and repair activities; provide day-to-day direction.
