Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Live Haul Supervisor for 2nd shift at the Waco hatchery. The role oversees catch operations, driver scheduling, and truck shop activities to meet production schedules. You will liaise with contracted crews, monitor safety, and manage daily reporting and staff performance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of live poultry experience, with preference for higher degrees in Poultry/Agricultural Science and a CDL license.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ live poultry experience in a similar environment is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or higher in Poultry Science or Agricultural Science.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise catch operations and schedule drivers and loads.
• Coordinate and communicate production schedules with drivers and contractors.
• Oversee truck shop operations and weigh master team.
• Maintain safety programs and comply with DOT and animal welfare guidelines.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to Accounting.
• Monitor attendance and supervise staff development.
