Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Live Haul Supervisor to schedule catching, loading, and hauling of live broilers to the processing plant, while monitoring DOAs and driver logs.

You will work with catch contractors, Live Haul Manager, and driver supervisors to ensure on-time arrivals at farm and plant, and support cage repairs as needed. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in live haul or related field, and a Class A CDL.

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for scheduling the catching loading and hauling of live broilers to the processing plant while monitoring DOAs. Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to: promoting safety and ensuring a safe working environment monitoring driver s time and ELD logs reviewing coaching Drive Cam videos ensuring drivers and catchers arrive on time at the farm and plant working with catch contractor s Live Haul Manager and driver supervisor to ensure operations run as smoothly as possible making changes to the catch and haul schedule supervising and or helping personnel in the repair of cages and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.

REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 3 plus years experience in live haul or equivalent

Class A CDL required, welding experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills sending and answering emails building and changing spreadsheets.

Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.

Travel: 1 per year
