Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Live Haul & Feed Operations Manager to oversee feed and live haul activities, including rendering, driver coordination, and the movement of animals and feed locally. You will manage the sorting station daily operations, develop schedules, and maintain vehicle location records.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, an Associate degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Travel domestically as needed; relocation may be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee feed and live haul operations, including rendering and drive coordination.

• Maintain vehicle location master log and driver logs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety guidelines, and biosecurity protocols.
• Conduct driver safety meetings and provide new-team orientation.
