Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Finishing Load/Unload associate for the 2nd shift in Sherman, TX. The role involves hanging/removing parts on the paint line, recording production data, and performing visual inspections as part of the painting process.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 75 lbs, and be willing to work mandatory overtime. No visa sponsorship or relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans offered.
• Relocation not provided; must reside within Sherman, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Hang or remove parts and material from the load bar on the painting line.
• Record pieces, hours and load bar information on the computer.
• Carry and lift parts to hang or unhang from the production line.
• Perform visual inspections before and after painting.
• Assist with masking, wrapping and touch-up painting as needed.
• Maintain components and supplies to operate efficiently and support 5S/continuous improvement.
