Job summary

Tate is seeking an entry-level Assembler for our Pocahontas, AR facility. This role involves light and heavy assembly, operating machinery in the Containment department, and learning equipment across the department.

Shift is 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and follow instructions, teamwork, and the capacity to lift up to 25 lbs and use precision measuring tools. Compensation aligns with market rates for Arkansas manufacturing roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repetitively for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, tape measure, dial indicator, and feeler gauges.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and work near moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Assembles containment doors, partitions, and other products per product specifications.
• Operates and maintains department machinery.
• Detects faulty materials and reports findings to Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Completes production reporting and quality paperwork accurately.
• Keeps work area clean and follows safety and SOPs.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Adheres to all company policies and training.
