Job summary

Tegra Medical LLC in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for 2nd shift. The role leads day-to-day operations, drives Lean initiatives, and trains team members for peak efficiency while meeting safety, quality and cost targets.

The supervisor will coordinate staffing, schedule activities, and collaborate with engineering and quality to ensure customer requirements are consistently met. Prior Lean/Six Sigma and GMP experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in operations management or minimum 3 years supervising a manufacturing organization.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma is desired.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Devices including ISO 13485 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Manufacturing Operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead NCR and CAPA resolution within the department.
• Schedule, supervise, and place personnel to meet objectives.
• Coach and develop staff; communicate across shifts and departments.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost goals are met.
