Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions seeks a Supervisor, Fill Finish to support GMP fill/finish manufacturing for viral vectors and biologics. You will lead a second shift, ensuring batch records, SOPs, and cGMP compliance are up to date while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements include a master’s or bachelor’s in a relevant field with 4–8 years of biopharmaceutical GMP experience, and a proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor's in a Scientific/Engineering/Biotech field with 4–8 years of biopharmaceutical GMP Fill/Finish experience.
• Strong experience in GMP fill/finish operations and drug development understanding.
• Proven leadership ability to mentor teams and manage shift execution.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; on-site presence required.

Responsibilities

• Produce clinical and commercial material per cGMPs and safety regulations.
• Lead shift operations, assign work, and coordinate emergencies.
• Maintain accurate batch records and SOPs; ensure compliance.
• Oversee safe, compliant manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead safety training and cross-training for staff; manage shift schedules.
