Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift in Morrisville, NC. You will lead manufacturing technicians, oversee batch production, and ensure compliance with GMP while supporting process development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include reviewing batch records, leading deviations and CAPAs, maintaining equipment, and supervising hiring, training, and performance of the team on a 12-hour night shift on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ process development or manufacturing experience, or HS diploma with 12+ years’ manufacturing operations.
