Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead day-to-day fill & finish operations on the 2nd shift in California. You will supervise formulation, filtration, filling processes, and batch record reviews while coordinating with DP manufacturing and clients.

Ensure compliant, efficient production within a validated cGMP environment. Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating with QA and regulatory teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum seven years of related technical experience.
• Minimum of three year of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Understanding of cGMP's and regulatory requirements.
• Solid command of chemistry including fillers and filling processes.
• Understanding of QAD, Master Control, LIMS, and RAM.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations including formulation, filtration, filling and troubleshooting any issues.
• Batch record review and generation with client calls and project management interactions.
• Strategic planning with DP manufacturing including schedule coordination and troubleshooting.
• Audits and regulatory inspections support and investigation handling.
• Lead and develop the manufacturing team and ensure quality standards.
