Job summary

Guerbet seeks a Filling Supervisor to oversee sterile and non-sterile filling operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility on the 2nd shift in Raleigh, NC. You will manage staff, ensure batch records and schedules, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining cGMP and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a filling environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, aseptic techniques, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in production management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily filling activities for sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and batch records.
• Monitor line performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Lead, train, and evaluate filling line operators and technicians.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Schedule shifts and manage workforce allocation.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
