Job summary

The Timken Company in Keene, NH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to perform preventative maintenance on plant machinery and support equipment. You will work Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:00pm with overtime on Fridays and ensure safe, efficient operation.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, basic electrical/mechanical tasks, material handling, and waste management in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience with preventative maintenance on machinery is desirable.
• Ability to read drawings, charts, and diagrams is important.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative Maintenance on machinery and plant support equipment.
• Ensure routine maintenance inspections, checks, and tasks are completed (e.g., cleaning, cooling systems).
• Handle material and waste generated in the plant (including hazardous/non-hazardous materials).
• Assist maintenance team on more complex tasks.
