Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Team Lead for 2nd shift (2:30PM - 11:00PM, M-F with every other weekend). The role oversees pre-op/tear-down, coordinates lines setup, trains 12-40 employees, and leads plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to read production documents, and a track record of maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of 12-40 employees on a production line.
• Strong communication with supervisors and frontline staff.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-op and/or tear down and coordinate lines setup.
• Review production issues, schedules and specifications to prevent downtime.
• Lead and train 12-40 employees; drive continuous improvement plant-wide.
• Assign personnel, direct work stations, and document actions for compliance.
• Maintain legible records for line metrics, waste, quality checks and usage.
