Qualifications

• At least 3 years operating or feeding Komori or similar offset presses.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience using pallet jacks and handling materials safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeready and feed sheets for multi-color Komori presses.
• Run substrates including paper, board, foil, and plastic.
• Monitor press performance to ensure quality and production standards.
• Troubleshoot feeding and press issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine maintenance on press equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
