Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking skilled individuals for an onsite role in Columbus, Georgia focusing on turbine engine maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma or GED and relevant aviation mechanic experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation mechanic role or appropriate technical training (ASE certification or military equivalent).
• Basic understanding of Disassembly, Assembly, Test.
• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Work on turbine engine maintenance according to work instructions.
• Utilize hand tools to assemble/disassemble and test jet engines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards during assembly/disassembly.

Skills

Aviation mechanic experience

Basic understanding of DAT

Proficiency in MS Office

Education

HS Diploma or GED equivalent
