Job summary

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Distribution Center associate to support inventory accuracy, traceability, and operational excellence. You will assist investigations, cycle counts, and DSCSA activities while collaborating with Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate, compliant material flow.

The role emphasizes documentation, data analysis, and continual process improvement in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in distribution ops or regulated env is a plus.
• Familiarity with WMS/SAP and data analysis desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist investigations of inventory discrepancies across receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, shipping, and returns.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
• Assist DSCSA, serialization, and product traceability activities and resolve related issues.
• Verify inventory and traceability data for regulatory and internal audits.
• Maintain records of inventory investigations and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Generate and analyze inventory/operational metrics to identify trends and root causes.
• Support continuous improvement and special DC projects.
• Provide floor support: inventory verification, location audits, distribution tasks.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, DSCSA, SOPs and safety requirements.
