Job summary

Grifols Diagnostic Distribution and Warehouse team in San Diego, CA (Rancho Bernardo) seeks an Inventory Fulfillment Associate III for 2nd shift. You will manage material flow for production orders, operate ERP SAP transactions, and ensure inventory accuracy in a regulated setting.

The role collaborates with QC, R&D, and manufacturing planning, and requires experience in a fast-paced GMP environment, along with forklift/machine operation and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to follow oral and written instructions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency with computer applications, email and ERP systems (SAP) to manage inventory and orders.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail essential for accurate counting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves required materials for Production Orders and Reservations from various storage locations.
• Attends daily production meetings and coordinates with QC, R&D, and planning teams for material reservations.
• Operates warehouse equipment and conducts ERP transactions in SAP for transfers and issues.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and completes required documentation for transfers between facilities.
• Supports special projects, audits, and coordination with quality for critical releases.
