Job summary

DSV is hiring an Inventory Associate for 3rd shift (Sun-Thurs, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) to ensure accurate centralized data capture and perform product inspections. You will conduct audits of quality control programs, handle shipping distribution inspections, and assist with label copy per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise operators on escalation procedures.
• Document inbound and trailer defects with photos and reports.
• Report and follow up on all inbound and trailer defects (return, rework, accessorial).
• Distribute WPPS and procedure updates.
• Safety liaison—incident reporting and investigations.
• Perform quality checks and release product when required.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines.
