Job summary

BioFire Diagnostics is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift to support manufacturing and packaging by receiving, picking, and shipping materials. You will manage STOs, move items to staging areas, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, basic warehouse experience, and ability to operate material handling equipment. GMP awareness and adherence to safety policies are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Work experience cannot substitute for the diploma.
• Knowledge of WMS and RF scanners preferred.
• DOT, IATA, ISO, FDA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver orders for direct materials used in Manufacturing and Packaging Lines.
• Process Stock Transfer Orders to Distribution Center.
• Move material to storage bins or staging areas with proper equipment.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and GMP compliance in shipping and receiving.
• Receive goods, verify against shipment records, and inspect condition.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain warehouse space and ensure proper utilization.
• Data entry, cycle counting, and forklift battery maintenance.
• Assess safety risks and adhere to HSE policies.
• Follow company procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
