Qualifications

• Strong Excel reporting and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with cycle counts or inventory coordination.

Responsibilities

• Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes, and forms.
• Build and use reports to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and FEFO on pick line.
• Actively drive continuous improvement initiatives that streamline and simplify the flow of product and system scans.
• Identify and document root causes of inventory inaccuracies.
• Update and maintain inventory quantities in ERP/WMS system when discrepancies are found.
• Resolve Outbound order errors when they occur in the facility.
• Proactively set up and drive cross-functional corrective actions plans to eliminate root causes identified and support the change process.
