Job summary

Cohere Beauty is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist – Cycle Count to maintain accurate records by performing routine cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring proper tracking of finished goods, raw materials, maintenance parts, and production supplies within the company’s inventory systems.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Maintenance, and Production to identify root causes of variances, maintain accurate locations, and support continuous improvement in inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Experience with inventory calculations and recordkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Experience using WMS/CMMS or similar inventory systems.
• Ability to operate RF handheld inventory devices and forklift.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily or scheduled cycle counts of stock locations and materials.
• Reconcile counts with WMS/CMMS and investigate discrepancies.
• Process inventory adjustments and document corrections with codes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and labeling across locations.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives in inventory control.
• Communicate inventory status and issues with team members.
