Job summary

Cohere Beauty Omaha Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage cycle counts, verify records, and maintain accurate locations within the warehouse. The role supports production and maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include detailed data entry, FIFO practices, and collaborating with teams to improve inventory processes while using RF handheld devices and WMS tools. This position is a second shift, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail to identify inventory discrepancies.
• Data entry accuracy with approximately 40 wpm.
• Experience with WMS or inventory tracking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily or scheduled cycle counts for stock locations, finished goods, and materials.
• Collect and verify inventory movement data from production and warehouse areas.
• Reconcile counts against WMS/CMMS or other systems.
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Process inventory adjustments to reflect physical counts.
• Maintain and use inventory adjustment codes for corrections.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Monitor accuracy and identify process improvement opportunities.
