Job summary

First Supply LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support accurate inventory records and warehouse operations on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm) in Wisconsin. You will assist with audits, track stock movements, and collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to optimize inventory control.

We value detail-oriented, communicative teammates who can solve problems and operate ERP/WMS tools to keep stock levels aligned with demand.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years in inventory control or warehouse/logistics.
Good communication and teamwork.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
Proficient in computer software including ERP and WMS.

Responsibilities

Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Update, track and record inventory movements using the company's inventory management system.
Generate reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and product movement.
Investigate and resolve stock issues or discrepancies, reporting any inconsistencies to the Distribution Center Inventory Manager.
Assist with product movements and all racking reconfigurations/labeling to accommodate the product movements as needed or directed by management.
Process and ensure efficient handling of consolidated vendor returns.
Contact manufacturers for authorization to return non-stock & overstock items.
File defective goods claim with reps or manufacturers as required.
Follow-up with vendors or reps on return goods authorizations or credits not received.
Assist with troubleshooting and minor fixes of Exotec system.
Assist with Cubiscan data and processes as directed.
Other duties as assigned.
