Job summary

First Supply LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for the 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm shift. You will assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and support efficient warehouse operations.

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will perform cycle counts, manage movements in the ERP/WMS, and collaborate with procurement and warehouse staff to optimize inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Update and record inventory movements in the system.
• Generate reports on stock levels and movements.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate with teams.
• Assist with product movements and reconfigurations as directed.
• Process and manage vendor returns and defective goods claims.
• Troubleshoot Exotec system and support Cubiscan data as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
