Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum two years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, TX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Inventory Control Department; set goals, objectives and deadlines.
• Work with warehouse staff to ensure process compliance.
• Classify materials (Obsolete, Excess, POU).
• Support continuous improvement strategies and reduce costs.
• Maintain 98% inventory accuracy in physical and ERP systems.
• Reconcile store inventories accurately and timely.
• Coordinate annual inventory counts and audits.
• Own the cycle count process and schedule; manage staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
• Create and maintain standard work for material flow.
• MRP Site Leader; perform other tasks as required.
