Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain 98% inventory accuracy in physical and ERP systems.
• Reconcile store inventories accurately and timely.

• Own the cycle count process and schedule; manage staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
• Create and maintain standard work for material flow.
• MRP Site Leader; perform other tasks as required.

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift in El Paso TX.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse Supervisor is a key role in ensuring inventory compliance. This role will be responsible for providing training, continuous improvement, and quality products and services. They will administer organization policies and support plant objectives, drive the processes in department through the Eaton Business systems, assist the plant leadership team in the development of processes to maintain inventory, and reduce overall costs and exceed the customer’s expectations.

Job Duties

• Lead and develop Inventory Control Department; establish goals, objectives and deadlines
• Work closely with the warehouse staff to ensure process compliance
• Classify materials (Obsolete, Excess, POU)
• Support the continuous improvement strategy of the organization
• Maintain an inventory accuracy rate of at least 98% both physically and with the ERP systems
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of store physical inventories
• Oversee and coordinate inventory counts and yearly inventory audits.
• Own cycle count process and comply with daily cycle count schedule
• Manage and develop cycle count staff
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within the warehouse
• Create and maintain standard work for material flow
• MRP Site Leader
• Perform other tasks as required

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in Supply Chain
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain related field
• Prior leadership/supervisory experience
• Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• 3+ years of Supply Chain Experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience with high volume databases and Spreadsheets
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• AS400 knowledge a plus
