Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator I for the 2nd shift at the San Luis Obispo, CA facility. You will lead a team on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time execution of work orders and procedures.

You will serve as the main contact for operator concerns and assist with issue resolution and training. The role emphasizes monitoring hourly performance, conducting shift meetings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating a forklift and working on a production floor.
• Interest in safety, quality and on-time performance.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact on production floor for non-exempt team members and lead startup activities.
• Monitor hour-by-hour production performance and elevate issues as needed.
• Lead start-up and end-of-shift production meetings and coordinate work.
• Verify work orders, part numbers, batch numbers and packaging specs.
• Provide training, coaching and performance feedback to employees.
