• Act as the liaison between Inline Trainers and Training Department.
• Lead and train Inline Trainers to enable on-the-job training and safety compliance.
• Demonstrate adherence to SOPs and training matrices; ensure proficiency.
• Train others on equipment operations per ABI/VKS instructions and WI.
• Monitor training delinquency and provide tools to keep staff current.
