Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Idaho seeks an Inline Trainer to mentor manufacturing associates, consolidate training, and manage training compliance. You will drive continuous improvement and support production during critical times as approved by management.

The role covers training across quality, safety, and operational standards, partnering with leads to ensure productivity goals and zero defects in the assigned area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Inline Trainer should have prior peer training/mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce training to ensure competency and zero defects.
• Train on quality, operational, technical, environmental, health and safety standards.
• Work with leads to meet productivity goals for each product.
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment operations per SOPs and guidelines.
• Conduct on-the-job training for core functional operations.
