Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Nampa, ID, is seeking an Inline Trainer to mentor manufacturing associates, consolidate trainee training, and enforce standards to drive zero defects.

You will train across quality, safety, and equipment operations, collaborate with the production team, and support continuous improvement on first shift. A high school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience are required; 2 years preferred; familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Inline Trainer should have prior experience as a peer trainer or mentor.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge/skills in Google Workspace or Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce training to ensure the manufacturing associate is competent to perform trained tasks and understands zero defects.
• Train on quality, operational, technical, environmental, health, and safety standards and escalate issues.
• Work closely with the production/group lead to meet productivity goals for each product.
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment operations and follow ABIs, VKS Guidebooks, SOPs, EOIs, and WIs.
• Conduct on-the-job training to ensure employees are competent in core functions.
