Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Wisconsin seeks an Inline Trainer (2nd Shift) to mentor manufacturing associates, consolidate training from the technical training specialist, and maintain training compliance while driving zero-defect processes.

This role supports production during critical times as directed by the supervisor. The incumbent will reinforce trained tasks, deliver safety and quality instruction, and work with the group lead to meet productivity goals while applying SOPs, EOIs, ABIs, and VKS guides

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Inline Trainer should have prior peer trainer or mentor experience.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce training to ensure associates perform tasks competently and safely.
• Train quality, operational, environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production lead to meet productivity goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment operations and SOPs (ABIs, EOIs, VKS).
• Conduct on-the-job training for core operations.
