Job summary

Plexus Corp in Neenah, WI seeks an Inline Trainer I (2nd Shift) to mentor manufacturing associates and consolidate training. You’ll ensure training compliance, drive zero-defects initiatives, and support production during peak times under the guidance of leadership.

The role requires a HS diploma, 1 year of related experience (2 preferred), and familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and Power BI; overtime and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Inline Trainer should have prior peer trainer or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce training to ensure competence and zero defects.
• Train on quality, operational, environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with leads to meet productivity goals per product.
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment operations and SOPs.
• Conduct on-the-job training for core tasks.
