Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Plexus experience as a trainer/peer trainer/mentor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Inline Trainers and Training Department.
• Lead and train Inline Trainers to enable on-the-job training and safety standards.
• Monitor training compliance and assist during critical production times.
• Train others following SOPs, EOI, ABI, and related guides.
• Support delinquency tracking and ensure staff stay current with procedures.
