Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Experience as peer trainer or mentor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce training to ensure competency on live product and zero defects.
• Train on safety, environmental, quality, and process standards per SOPs and WIs.
• Work with production leads to meet productivity goals and provide coaching.
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment operations per ABIs, EOIs, and VKS guides.
