RXinsider LTD. is seeking a 2nd shift operator to run injection molding machines in our Cleveland-area facility. The role emphasizes adherence to schedules, quality, and safety in a clean, controlled environment.

Responsibilities include preparing molds, inspecting components, and maintaining documentation. We offer a supportive team, steady hours, and opportunities to grow within a one-site manufacturing operation near Cleveland.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Basic math concepts.
• Ability to solve practical problems and follow written/oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Remove molded components from the mold after each cycle.
• Prepare cores and mold for the next cycle.
• Test parts during machine cycle to specifications.
• Inspect parts for integrity while the machine runs.
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards.
• Use manual and semi-automatic fixtures.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Cross-functional training is required.
• Follow instructions and procedures precisely.
