Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Hickory, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician for 2nd shift to support the injection molding operation. You will assist mold installation/removal, set up molding processes, and document changes to meet quality and performance standards.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in a medium-volume injection molding environment, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a medium-volume injection molding environment.

Responsibilities

Support production and engineering projects as directed by Engineers and Supervisors
Install and remove molds in injection molding machines
Set up, adjust, and optimize molding processes to maintain product quality
Troubleshoot quality issues and perform material or process changes as needed
Maintain accurate records of mold processing and change activities
Interpret plastic part measurement data and communicate results to the team
Follow established quality control systems for molded parts
Assist with equipment maintenance and product/process qualifications
Additional duties and/or overtime may be required
