US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Process Technician - Injection Molding on 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) to support mold installation, machine setup, and process adjustments in our injection molding operation in Hickory, NC.

You will work with engineering and production to ensure part quality and process stability. The role requires at least 3 years in a medium-volume injection molding environment, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Three or more years of experience in a medium-volume injection molding environment.
• Working knowledge of injection molding processes, machines, materials, and auxiliary equipment.
• Experience installing molds and adjusting processes to resolve quality issues.
• Ability to interpret plastic part measurement data.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and PC skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technician-level support to production and engineering activities within the injection molding operation.
• Install and remove molds in injection molding machines.
• Set up, adjust, and optimize molding processes to maintain product quality.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and perform material or process changes as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of mold processing and change activities.
• Interpret plastic part measurement data and communicate results to the team.
• Follow established quality control systems for molded parts.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and product/process qualifications.
• Additional duties and overtime may be required.
