Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 2nd shift in Sedalia, MO. You will perform precision maintenance on CNC machinery, read schematics, and use CMMS to track work orders.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, safety, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting. Strong experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and troubleshooting docs.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Strong safety, communication, and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Repair facility equipment including air compressors, HVAC and related systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use manuals, technical docs, and vendor resources to diagnose equipment issues.
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify machine alignments.
• Perform machine alignments using laser, conventional, and electronic methods.
• Identify and repair various industrial pump systems.
• Provide daily maintenance reports and updates.
• Use CMMS to document and track maintenance activities.
• Complete preventive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Follow safe rigging and material handling practices.
• Respond quickly to downtime to minimize production interruptions.
