Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Sedalia, MO. You will perform precision maintenance on CNC and manual machines, repair facility equipment, and utilize CMMS for maintenance tracking.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive safety mindset. You will read schematics and technical drawings, align components, and perform predictive maintenance using vibration analysis and oil analysis tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience.
Ability to read manuals, hydraulic schematics, pneumatic diagrams, mechanical drawings, and troubleshooting documentation.
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical testing equipment.
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and utility vehicles.
Strong verbal and written communication; teamwork; safety-conscious.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
Utilize CMMS to generate and track maintenance activities.
Follow safe rigging and material handling practices.
Respond with urgency to downtime to minimize production interruptions.
