Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 2nd shift in Sedalia, MO. You will use electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair precision equipment.

You will utilize CMMS to track activities, read schematics, and perform machine alignments with various methods. Strong safety, teamwork, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, hydraulic schematics, pneumatic diagrams, mechanical drawings, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Repair facility equipment including air compressors, HVAC, and cooling systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use manuals and vendor resources to diagnose issues.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.
• Verify machine alignments with precision tools and laser methods.
• Provide daily maintenance reports and CMMS entries.
• Complete preventive maintenance procedures.
