Morgan Truck Body LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Morgantown, PA. The role focuses on basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment and facilities, reading blueprints, and following safety and LOTO practices.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in a manufacturing maintenance environment, with knowledge of PLC basics and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a maintenance department in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment and facilities.
• Read blueprints and schematics and apply instructions.
• Read and interpret work orders and apply to tasks.
• Operate required hand and portable tools safely and daily.
• Understand PLC troubleshooting and electrical circuits (AC/DC).
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for long periods.
