Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic drawings.
• Proficient in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC/manual machines and robotics.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance reporting.
• Strong safety and quality mindset, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Repair facility equipment including air compressors, HVAC, and cooling systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use manuals, schematics, and vendor resources to diagnose issues.
• Read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic drawings and schematics.
• Verify machine alignments with precision tools.
• Identify and repair various industrial pump systems.
• Provide daily maintenance reports and status updates.
• Use CMMS to document and track maintenance activities.
• Complete preventive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Follow safe rigging and material handling practices.
• Respond quickly to downtime to minimize production impact.
