Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for second shift in Sedalia, MO. You will perform precise mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, install and troubleshoot equipment, and use CMMS for scheduling and reporting.

You will work with electrical/mechanical diagrams, align machines, monitor vibration and oil analysis tooling, and ensure safe, efficient operation. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong ability to read manuals, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and utility vehicles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented.
• Basic computer proficiency: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Fluent in English with strong reading, writing and comprehension.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background verification.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC and manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Repair facility equipment including air compressors and HVAC systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use manuals, schematics, and vendor resources to diagnose issues.
• Read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings.
• Use precision tools to verify and correct alignments.
• Perform machine alignments using laser and electronic methods.
• Identify and repair various industrial pump systems.
• Provide daily maintenance reports and status updates.
• Use CMMS to document and track maintenance activities.
• Complete preventive and planned maintenance procedures.
• Follow safe rigging and material handling practices.
• Respond quickly to downtime to minimize production impact.
