Leoforce is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Athol, MA to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment across production lines. You will perform mechanical maintenance on gearboxes, drive systems, bearings, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, while ensuring uptime and safety.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, LOTO compliance, and collaboration with production and engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of safety standards including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment.
