Job summary

Leoforce in Elkhorn, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd or 3rd shift to diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance or machine repair experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical equipment failures.
• Comfortable working on off-shift schedules (2nd/3rd).
• Willingness to perform basic welding and fabrication tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC lathes, mills, saws, and other equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic problems.
• Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and machine control systems.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Document completed repairs and maintenance activity.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
