Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily production, maintain equipment, and minimize downtime in Leominster, MA on-site. This role leads mechanical maintenance across motors, conveyors, and production systems, driving safety, efficiency, and reliability on the floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in engineering or similar.
• Strong preventive maintenance knowledge and practices.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork; flexible hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery regularly to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand maintenance needs.
• Document all maintenance work for records and reference.
• Follow safety protocols during maintenance tasks.
• Assist in installing new equipment and machinery.
• Participate in continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintenance techniques.
