Pitney Bowes Presort Services is hiring an onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Orlando, FL facility on the 2nd shift. The role involves complex mechanical and PLC repairs on mail sorting equipment, with a base pay of $29.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, totaling $30.50 per hour.

The technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair and install electromechanical production equipment, including conveyors, motors, sensors and drive assemblies.

Formación

• 2+ years of direct experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial mechanical equipment.
• Experience servicing conveyor systems and PLC-based equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, service manuals, and parts diagrams.
• Familiarity with Windows-based operation of automated equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex mechanical and electronic repairs on conveyor machines, PLC systems and other electromechanical production equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, installations and repairs on industrial machinery including belts, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors and sensors.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, minimize downtime and restore operations.
• Utilize work orders, inventory systems and downtime data to improve productivity.
• Operate tablet-based systems to track work, downtime and parts usage.
